The CutMate Series Single Knife Veneer Guillotine is a precision-engineered solution for cutting veneers, paper, plastics, and more. Developed in collaboration with SAVI Industri A/S of Denmark, this machine combines European safety standards with advanced hydraulic control for both the knife and pack beam. Its rigid welded frame ensures stability, while the magnetic scale and red cutting indicator provide accurate positioning and visual guidance.

Unique to INNOVATOR’s design is the Second-Cut Technology, which allows a thin 1 mm clip to be removed after the first trim—ideal for thick or hard veneer species. Safety is paramount, with features like a front-end “safety locker,” two-hand operation, and emergency valves to prevent accidental knife drops.

Available in models CutMate 2800, 3400, and 4000, this guillotine integrates seamlessly with the GlueMate 700 and UltiMate series for a complete veneer processing system.
